Job Description

IT Director will be responsible for leading and executing the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives. You will oversee the IT infrastructure, digital innovation, systems integration, and cybersecurity initiatives to support restaurant operations, customer experience, and internal functions. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on expertise in managing enterprise-level IT environments in a fast-paced, customer-focused industry.

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the overall IT strategy aligned with Company’s global and regional goals.

Lead IT operations across all restaurants and corporate offices, ensuring system uptime, security, and efficiency.

Oversee the deployment and support of restaurant POS systems, mobile apps, delivery integrations, and digital ordering platforms.

Manage IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, network security, and data governance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR) to drive technology-enabled improvements.

Lead IT budgeting, vendor negotiations, contract management, and cost control.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory, privacy, and cybersecurity requirements.

Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing IT team.

Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on emerging technologies and digital transformation.

 

Requirements :

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT management, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role.

Prior experience in the retail, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), hospitality, or FMCG sector preferred.

Strong knowledge of enterprise systems (ERP, POS, CRM), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity frameworks, and data analytics tools.

Proven experience in managing large-scale IT projects and digital transformation initiatives.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology with operational goals.

Fluency in English and Russian
