Job Description
Responsibilities :
Key accountabilities:
Drive and manage the MM (Mass Market) business:
● Sound execution the channel and Key Accounts strategy driving Oral Healthcare brands
market share growth
● Driving excellence of in-store execution to ensure best visibility, product availability and
consumption growth of brands. Ensuring that right KPIs are set, tracked and evaluated;
● Provide inspiration to the local community in terms of creation & successful management
of MM channel thanks to sound development of best-in class team;
● Creation of clear competitive advantage long term for Company brands;
● Monitor market dynamics, customer and shopper insights to anticipate changes and
ensure timely reaction on them;
● Delivery of high-quality input to demand forecast positively influencing Forecast Accuracy
and OTIF;
● Significant contribution to net revenue management process by providing valuable input /
proposal to brand pricing, price pack architecture, promotional strategy based on
customer insight, implementing rigorous G2N management.
● Building relationships with key customers, particularly at senior levels and utilizing these
relationships to ensure proper implementation in the categories;
● Building know-how and ROI mindset within his / her team so we constantly improve ROI;
● Development of channel team quality and competencies as a team and as individuals,
especially on in-store performance and financial acumen.
● This position will require regular business trips to dedicated markets
Requirements :
The successful candidate:
● University degree in Economics or Business administration or Marketing.
● At least 5 years of proven experience in sales in FMCG industry, significant
experience in key accounts management, developing key accounts strategies and
activation plans,
● Previous trade/shopper marketing experience is much appreciated
● Strong knowledge and understanding of Mass Market Channel.
● Ability to lead and develop a team to achieve business objectives
● Experience in driving cross functional alignment namely with Category and Shopper
Marketing team and Consumer Marketing team
● Proven ability to translate area strategies to local needs
● Understanding channel dynamics and evolution.
● Expertise managing and motivating field teams.
● Full proficiency in English and Russian
