Position summary
The position provides medical and scientific support for local marketing and regulatory activities in compliance with national regulations, international standards, and corporate guidelines covering medicinal products, medical devices, food supplements, and cosmetics. It contributes to the local implementation of the company’s medical strategy and ensures the effective operation of the local pharmacovigilance system in accordance with national and corporate requirements.

• Provide medical support for the launch and marketing of pharmaceutical products, and prepare scientific and training materials;
• Ensure that marketing materials comply with scientific and ethical requirements;
• Monitor local and international medical sources and share relevant information with the team;
• Organize the medical component of scientific events (symposia, conferences, advisory boards, etc.);
• Maintain collaborative relationships with local experts and healthcare institutions;
• Ensure the recording, monitoring, and reporting of adverse events within pharmacovigilance activities;
• Monitor safety signals, local regulations, and requirements under licensing partnerships;
• Ensure readiness for internal and external audits;
• Conduct medical and pharmacovigilance training for employees and partners.
Requirements :
Requirements:
A successful candidate should have:
• University degree in medicine or pharmacy (not biology or chemistry)
• Minimum 2-year experience in medical, regulatory, pharmacovigilance
• Knowledge in clinical, medical and pharmaceutical science and in the area of pharmaceutical law
• Strong understanding of national and international regulations
• Strong scientific communication and presentation skills
• Driver License is desirable
• Fluent Azerbaijan and English languages skills
• MS Office - Advanced user
