Job Description

Responsibilities :

Develop the company’s overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan, fully aligning with the company’s long-term business goals and strategic direction;
Provide strategic leadership to the marketing team, ensuring their development and guiding them to achieve set objectives;
Plan, coordinate, and ensure the effective execution of marketing activities for all  projects;
Analyze marketing campaigns, advertising, and PR activities, and report findings to senior management;
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand positioning and increase market share;
Responsible for planning and managing events to promote the brand and strengthen customer relations, while maintaining ongoing public relations, including tenant and guest communications, media relations, social responsibility, and research.
Establish and maintain relationships with media and agencies, and represent the company at high-level industry events;
Conduct in-depth analysis of customer base and market segments, providing innovative marketing solutions tailored to market demands;
Make data-driven decisions to improve marketing performance and work with relevant KPIs;
Foster positive tenant relationships by addressing tenant requests promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels, and collaborating closely with tenants to meet their needs;
Collaborate closely with internal departments (Leasing, Finance, Technical, and Management) to support business process optimization.

Requirements :

Bachelor / Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
At least 7 years of experience in marketing, including managerial or leadership roles;
Experience in developing marketing strategies and managing budgets;
Knowledge and experience in event management, digital marketing, brand management, and public relations;
Team management and leadership experience;
Good proficiency in Azerbaijani and English languages;
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills;
Excellent organizational, time management, and innovative thinking skills.
