Responsibilities :
What you will be doing?
• Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies
• Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
• Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
• Use client feedback to improve the customer experience
• Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements
• Identify and approach potential clients
• Ensure brand consistency
• Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team
• Organize meetings with the sales team to ensure all members are on board and deliver within deadlines
• Prepare the proposals and follow up the bids
• Collaborate with vendors to understand product offerings and leverage them in sales strategies
• Navigate the partner ecosystem effectively to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance partnerships and drive business growth
Requirements :
What we expect?
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the Public IT sector in related fields
• Bachelor Degree in engineering or business; a master's degree is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English
• Ability to initiate and lead projects; ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong multi-tasking skills, fully dedicated to the targets, flexible and focused on achievement
• Strong hunting abilities for new customer targets
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Extensive experience working with vendors and a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
