Job Description

Responsibilities :

What you will be doing?
Set sales targets and specific performance metrics, aligned with business strategies
Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries
Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness
Use client feedback to improve the customer experience
Report on sales results on a regular basis and suggest improvements
Identify and approach potential clients
Ensure brand consistency
Stay up-to-date with product launches and provide support to clients and the sales team
Organize meetings with the sales team to ensure all members are on board and deliver within deadlines
Prepare the proposals and follow up the bids
Collaborate with vendors to understand product offerings and leverage them in sales strategies
Navigate the partner ecosystem effectively to identify opportunities for collaboration and growth
Develop and execute strategies to enhance partnerships and drive business growth

Requirements :

What we expect?
Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the Public IT sector in related fields
Bachelor Degree in engineering or business; a master's degree is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English
Ability to initiate and lead projects; ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong multi-tasking skills, fully dedicated to the targets, flexible and focused on achievement
Strong hunting abilities for new customer targets
No military obligation for male candidates
Extensive experience working with vendors and a deep understanding of the partner ecosystem
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
