Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
• Monitor project performance and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with agreements and local regulations.
• Act as the liaison between local and international stakeholders.
• Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial compliance with the Finance Manager.
• Review financial reports, work programs, and budgets.
• Evaluate drilling, production, and field development plans with the Technical Manager.
• Monitor legislative changes and advise on risk mitigation.
• Support the maintenance of licenses, permits, and agreements.
• Coordinate finance, technical, and administrative functions.
• Stay informed on market developments and economic news and share with Asset Management.
Requirements :
Job Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in related field
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., MBA, CFA) is preferred.
• Proven experience in finance or a related field, preferably within the energy sector.
• Strong understanding of drilling, production, and field development processes.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate various functions effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent the company in high-stakes discussions and negotiations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
