Responsibilities :

Responsibilities
Lead and manage technical office team.
Prepare and review bill of quantities (BOQ) for all assigned projects (bidding and acquired).
Assist in the technical assessment of received tenders in alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
Review design drawings, shop drawings, as-built drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, client requirements, contractual obligations, and all relevant state regulations and local legislation necessary for obtaining the required permits.
Verify and manage the preparation of Forma 1, 2, and 3 for monthly progress billing and certification.
Support the QA/QC team in reviewing technical aspects of inspections and tests.
Assist in evaluating variations, claims, and Change Requests from a technical perspective.
Track and monitor engineering deliverables to ensure alignment with project schedule.
Coordinate with design consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to resolve technical issues.
Coordinate with procurement on material specifications, supplier evaluations, and technical compliance.
Liaise with client representatives, authorities, and similar stakeholders on technical matters.
Prepare and present technical reports, progress updates, and documentation as required.
Maintain an organized system of technical documentation, RFI logs, transmittals, and correspondence.

Requirements :

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture.
Min. 10 years of experience in technical office roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
Extensive knowledge of engineering standards, construction methodologies, and IMS framework.
Strong attention to details and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Analytical thinking, decision-making ability, precision and compliance focused.
AutoCAD, MS Office, Tekla, Revit, Primavera P6, BIM (preferred)

Working conditions
Work schedule: Monday to Friday
Working time: 09:00-18:00
