Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
• Local Strategy & Alignment:
o Adapt and execute Company’s Securing the Arches (STA) principles within the market.
o Align local security initiatives with global policies and regulatory requirements.
• Governance & Compliance:
o Enforce Company’s security standards and IAM principles at the market level.
o Ensure compliance with local laws and data protection regulations.
• Risk Management & Operations:
o Oversee vulnerability management, incident response, and threat monitoring for the market.
o Implement controls for cloud and hosting environments used locally.
• Third-Party Security Oversight:
o Manage security requirements for local vendors and partners.
o Conduct risk assessments for third-party engagements.
• Awareness & Collaboration:
o Promote security awareness among market employees and franchisees.
o Collaborate with global cybersecurity teams and local business leaders.
Requirements :
Qualifications to look for:
• Experience in cybersecurity leadership roles within multinational or local organizations.
• Knowledge of International security standards and global frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST).
• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and risk management practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
