Job Description

Responsibilities :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Prepare technical and commercial proposals in response to ITTs and tenders
 Review tender documents and analyze technical requirements
 Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, QHSE, and Finance teams to collect inputs
 Develop method statements, scopes of work, and cost breakdowns
 Ensure compliance with client specifications, industry standards, and contract terms
 Maintain and update proposal templates, cost databases, and tender registers
 Support post‐submission clarifications and contract award negotiations
Required Technical Experience
The candidate must have proven technical knowledge and hands‐on experience in one or more
of the following service areas:
 Bolted Joint Integrity (BJI) services
 Pressure and Leak Testing (PLT)
 Hydraulic Services (Maintenance, testing, flushing, HIM)
 Pre‐Commissioning & Commissioning Services
 Inspection, Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) of mechanical equipment
 Valve services, including maintenance, calibration, and testing
 Calibration and Testing Services in accordance with applicable international standards
This experience should enable the candidate to accurately interpret technical scopes, prepare
competitive and compliant proposals, and effectively coordinate with operations, engineering,
and commercial teams.
Sales Strategy
 Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve
company objectives.
 Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for business
expansion.
 Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to optimize strategy execution.
Client Relationship Management
 Maintain close contact with current clients to provide technical explanations, product
demonstrations, and address inquiries.
 Identify and engage new clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
from Company's portfolio.
 Build long‐term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordination and Collaboration
 Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, procurement, and operations, to
ensure proposals align with operational capabilities.
 Provide regular updates to management on proposal progress.

Requirements :

Educational Background
 Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Hydraulics or a related field) or a strong technical
equivalent.
 Formal trainings in Sales Techniques are an advantage
Experience
 Minimum of 5‐8 years of experience in technical sales, proposal development, or a similar role
in energy and industrial sectors.
Technical Skills
 Strong understanding of engineering principles and the ability to interpret technical
specifications.
 Proficiency in preparing technical documentation and tender submissions.
Soft Skills
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and
team members.
 Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple proposals and deadlines.
 A proactive and results‐driven mindset.
 Strong negotiation skills.
