Job Description
The Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) is a member of the Executive Board and is responsible for overall leadership and management of the Company’s commercial activities. The role ensures sustainable business growth, increased sales, and effective coordination of key business areas including brokerage, dealer operations, operations, and business development. The CCO builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and partners while ensuring alignment with regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate commercial activities across brokerage, dealer,operations, sales, and business development.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable growth and increase revenues.
Ensure execution of strategic and operational plans and achievement of commercial KPIs.
Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Allocate resources and oversee performance of subordinate teams.
Ensure compliance with AML/CFT, risk management, and internal policies.
Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks.
Report to the Chairman of the Executive Board and, when required, to the Supervisory Board and Shareholders.
Requirements :
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
CFA or similar international certification is an advantage.
Minimum 10 years of experience in banking, finance, or investment sectors, including at least 5 years in senior management roles.
Strong knowledge of corporate and investment banking, treasury products, and regulatory environment.
Proven leadership, strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
High level of business ethics, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Fluency in English and Azerbaijani; Russian is an advantage.
