Responsibilities :

• Control the quality of pizza dough, prepare the dough according to the standard;
• Preparing different types of pizzas according to the menu;
• Preparation of various types of sauces;
• Cutting and sorting meat, vegetables, cheese and other fillings, placing ingredients in the dough in the required quantity and at the same time correctly;
• Monitoring the freshness of products and their storage conditions;
• Fulfilling orders accurately and on time, and paying special attention to customized requests (such as extra fillings, gluten-free dough, etc.);
• Regularly cleaning the workspace and the tools used during the work process;
• Work in coordination with other kitchen staff, establish proper communication with the service staff;
• Providing suggestions for new pizza varieties and participating in menu development;
• Calculate the cost of products, optimize costs;
• Constantly monitoring product usage to prevent waste;
• Control the quality and shelf life of purchased products;
• Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, ensuring compliance with standards;
• Implementation of cleaning and disinfection procedures;
• Follow personal hygiene rules;
• Taking measures to improve quality by taking into account customer complaints or feedback;
• Maintaining technical equipment and inventory in working condition and providing necessary technical services;
• Conducting sales analyses, preparing weekly, monthly and annual reports and submitting them to management;
• Constantly monitoring stock levels and preventing stockouts;
Requirements :
• 3-5 years of work experience in a relevant field;
• Ability to prepare various types of pizzas (classic, vegetarian, meat-based, etc.);
• Ensure effective communication with the kitchen and service staff;
• Manage and update the menu;
• Creativity and innovation;
• Knowledge of HACCP, hygiene and sanitation standards;
• Knowledge of Russian or English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel);
