Job Description
Responsibilities :
• Creating new dessert and sweet recipes, improving existing ones and adding seasonal or special recipes to the menu;
• Creating original and creative menus, developing flavor combinations and presentations that cater to guests’ preferences and market demand;
• Calculating the cost price of confectionery products and optimizing their expenses;
• Constantly monitor product usage to prevent waste;
• Control the quality and shelf life of purchased products;
• Ensuring the maintenance of food safety and sanitation standards, and compliance with these standards;
• Implementation of cleaning and disinfection procedures;
• Follow personal hygiene rules;
• Taking measures to improve quality by considering customer complaints and feedback;
• Ensuring that technical equipment and inventory are kept in working condition and providing necessary maintenance;
• Conducting sales analyses, preparing weekly, monthly and annual reports and submitting them to the manager;
• Participating in determining the pricing policy of confectionery products;
• Prepare special menus for banquets and various events;
• Constantly monitoring stock levels and preventing stockouts;
• Monitoring the proper storage of product;
• Work in a coordinated manner with other kitchen staff and establish proper communication with service staff;
Requirements :
• 3-5 years of work experience in a relevant field;
• Aesthetic presentation skills;
• Menu management and updating;
• Creativity and innovation;
• Knowledge of HACCP, hygiene and sanitation standards;
• Fluency in Russian or English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) programs;
