Responsibilities :
• In-depth analysis of the company's overall business strategy, marketing goals and communication objectives, aligning the design strategy with these goals;
• Defining short, medium and long-term design goals;
• Optimizing design processes and establishing an effective workflow;
• Controlling the technical and aesthetic quality of all design materials;
• Forming an environment of creativity and collaboration within the team;
• Providing creative direction to team members, distributing tasks and monitoring the execution process;
• Constantly updating the brand's visual communication language based on market trends and audience behavior;
• Developing visual concepts that increase brand value and create an emotional connection;
• Anticipating and preventing visual risks that may affect brand reputation;
• Organizing trainings and presentations on brand and visual style for internal teams;
• Providing improvement suggestions for sustainable development;
Requirements :
• 6-10 years of work experience in a relevant field;
• Solid knowledge of brand development and creative strategy;
• Strong concept development skills;
• Creativity and innovation;
• Fluency in Russian and English;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign;
