Your Role
You want to actively shape financing transactions rather than just support them? With us, you will work on sophisticated national and international deals – ranging from acquisition to project financing – with direct client contact, significant responsibility, and clear career development prospects.

Your Responsibilities
Advising local and international clients on corporate, banking, and finance matters under Azerbaijani law
Negotiating and coordinating with banks, debt funds, and corporate borrowers
Conducting legal due diligence, covenant analyses, and risk assessments
Managing transaction processes across multiple jurisdictions
Advising and supporting clients on banking law matters and financial transactions
Close collaboration with Corporate/M&A, Infrastructure/Projects, and Real Estate teams
Direct client interaction and presentation of well-founded, practical legal recommendations

Requirements :

Your Profile
Fully qualified lawyer under Azerbaijani law; career starter or with 1–3 years of professional experience in Corporate, Banking & Finance
Strong commercial mindset and interest in complex financing structures
Excellent Azerbaijani and English language skills (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage (e.g. German)
Strong analytical skills, precise legal drafting, and a results-oriented approach
Team player with strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility in an international environment
Plus: international experience or internships/placements in a banking or finance-related environment; LL.M. degree or other internationally recognized academic qualifications are an advantage
