Responsibilities :
Your Responsibilities
• Support, maintenance, and administration of desktop and notebook workstations (clients)
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user software
• Setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of peripheral devices (printers, scanners, mobile devices)
• First- and second-level support for employees
• User and access rights management
• Support in operating servers, network, and backup systems
• Documentation of IT processes, incidents, and solutions
• Participation in IT projects (e.g. system migrations, introduction of new software)
Requirements :
Your Profile
• Completed IT training or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of Windows client systems
• Confident use of Microsoft Office applications and common business software
• Experience in user support and structured handling of incident tickets
• Knowledge of networking and server operations is an advantage
• Fluent English language skills
• Analytical thinking and a systematic approach to troubleshooting
• Reliability and discretion when handling sensitive data
• Willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills
• Ability to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner
