Job Description

Responsibilities :

Your Responsibilities
Support, maintenance, and administration of desktop and notebook workstations (clients)
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user software
Setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of peripheral devices (printers, scanners, mobile devices)
First- and second-level support for employees
User and access rights management
Support in operating servers, network, and backup systems
Documentation of IT processes, incidents, and solutions
Participation in IT projects (e.g. system migrations, introduction of new software)

Requirements :

Your Profile
Completed IT training or a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
Very good knowledge of Windows client systems
Confident use of Microsoft Office applications and common business software
Experience in user support and structured handling of incident tickets
Knowledge of networking and server operations is an advantage
Fluent English language skills  
Analytical thinking and a systematic approach to troubleshooting
Reliability and discretion when handling sensitive data
Willingness to continuously learn and develop new skills
Ability to explain technical issues in a clear and understandable manner
