Responsibilities :
Your Responsibilities
• Development, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI-based applications in a law firm environment
• Automation and optimization of legal workflows (e.g. document analysis, contract review, legal research)
• Integration of AI solutions into existing law firm systems and workflows
• Close collaboration with lawyers to translate legal requirements into technical solutions
• Ensuring data protection, confidentiality, and compliance (in particular GDPR and professional regulations)
• Documentation, testing, and continuous improvement of developed systems
Requirements :
Your Profile
• Completed degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a comparable qualification
• Solid experience in developing AI/ML applications, ideally with a focus on natural language processing (NLP)
• Very good knowledge of Python and experience with common AI frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Experience working with Large Language Models (e.g. prompt engineering, API integration)
• Good understanding of data structures, software architecture, and interfaces
• Ideally, initial experience in Legal Tech or other regulated environments
• Very good English language skills
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• High sense of responsibility when handling sensitive and confidential data
