We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to support fast-growing restaurant/cafe chain. The role focuses on hiring operational staff as well as managerial positions
Responsibilities :
• Full-cycle recruitment for restaurant positions (couriers, cooks, waiters, managers, chefs, supervisors)
• Posting vacancies, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and conducting interviews
• Building a strong candidate pipeline for mass hiring
• Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
• Supporting onboarding and hiring documentation
• Maintaining recruitment reports and hiring metrics
• Promoting employer brand in social media and job platforms
Requirements :
• Experience in recruitment (preferably in HoReCa, retail, or mass hiring)
• Strong communication and interviewing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and close positions quickly
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and social sourcing
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Azerbaijani and Russian required; English is a plus
