Job Description
The Head of Margin Trading Division is responsiЫe for managing the development, sales, and customer support of margin trading products and services offered to retaiL clients. The role encompasses shaping the retail saLes strategy, expanding the client base, leading the team, and ensuring fulL compliance with risk management and compliance requirements.

Develop and implement the margin trading business strategy

Expand the retail client base and identify growth opportunities

Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to achieve individual and collective goals

Oversee sales processes for retail clients and monitor conversion metrics

Collaborate with the product development team to design and launch margin trading products

Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective handling of inquiries and complaints

Manage risks and ensure compliance with AML/CFT requirements and internal procedures

Operate in accordance with audit, compliance, and internal control standards
Requirements :
Requirements:
• Higher education (degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is
preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finance, investment, or banking
. Business-level pr-oficiency in English and Russian
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong team collaboration and effective people management skills
• Awareness of modern market trends and sector developments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and results-driven mindset
• Excellent communication skills
