Job Description

Responsibilities :

General Responsibilities
Carry out, coordinate, and supervise the design and construction of facilities in accordance with plans approved by management.
Conduct initial site visits and analyses; perform measurements and record them in measurement sheets.
Prepare concept (sketch) and working drawings, define specifications, and calculate quantities of works.
Ensure interdisciplinary coordination (architecture, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, ICT, and other design- and construction-related information) and integrate inputs from various parties into the design and construction processes.
Supervise the selection, application, and installation of materials; propose alternatives when necessary.
Provide technical support during the project tender process, define specifications, verify quantities of works, and issue relevant technical opinions.
Supervise repair and installation works on site, ensuring that works are carried out in the proper technological sequence.
Participate in relevant site tests and inspections, as well as in the construction handover and commissioning process.
Ensure timely submission of design and cost estimate documentation; monitor the proper use of investment funds, compliance with construction schedules, adherence to applicable construction legislation, and timely commissioning of the facility.

Requirements :

Higher education in Architecture.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience (office and site).
Knowledge of applicable norms and regulations.
General practical and theoretical background in related disciplines—structural, mechanical, and electrical/low-current systems—with understanding of basic concepts and principles.
Language skills: Azerbaijani – mandatory; English – mandatory.
Computer skills: MS Office and AutoCAD – mandatory; SketchUp and Archicad – an advantage.
Ability to work independently, as part of a team, and under limited supervision.
Strong management and communication skills.
