Providing technical / engineering support to site construction activities.
Ensuring all heavy lift design activities comply with the company requirements.
Ensure deliverables comply with relevant procedures and safety regulations.
Assist in the guidance and training of junior staff.
Working closely with other construction and engineering team members.
Requirements :
Qualification
Degree in Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering.
Good English communication skills.
Familiar with international design codes (AISC 9th, ASCE 7, API RP2A).
Familiar with international lifting/rigging operation codes (BS 7121, Loler 1998, BS EN 13414-3).
Must have experience in SAP 2000 or STAAD Pro (desirable).
Minimum 5 years of structural design and engineering experience.
Good understanding of fabrication / construction techniques at fabricators facility.
Knowledge of 2D drafting package in AutoCAD.
Proficient in all Microsoft programs.
