Coordinate day‑to‑day engineering administration, documentation, and approvals
Assist in project procedures, work packs, redlines, and as‑built dossiers
Support progress meetings, actions tracking, and status dashboards
Ensure compliance with project specs, codes, and company procedures
Requirements :
Qualifications
5+ years experience in oil and gas fabrication or heavy industrial projects
Exposure to topside platform or modular fabrication is strongly preferred
Engineering degree or relevant technical diploma
Solid understanding of drawings, weld maps, ITPs, and mechanical completion
Proficient with MS Office and common project controls tools
Strong communication, organization, and follow‑through
Working knowledge of HSE and quality requirements in fabrication yards
Experience with E3D/PDMS or similar model review tools
Familiarity with planning systems and progress measurement (e.g., earned value)
Knowledge of lifting plans and construction method statements
