Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and develop the HR function for a fast-growing restaurant chain. The role will be responsible for building effective HR processes, supporting business growth, managing recruitment, employee development, and ensuring a strong company culture across all locations.
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes for restaurants and head office.
• Build and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
• Manage onboarding, training, and development programs for employees.
• Oversee performance management and employee evaluation processes.
• Support restaurant managers in people management and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and company standards.
• Develop compensation, benefits, and motivation systems for staff.
• Monitor employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
• Manage HR reporting, HR analytics, and workforce planning.
Requirements :
Requirements
• Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, including 2-3 years leadership roles.
• Experience in HoReCa, retail.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR process development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Russian and Azerbaijani.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR systems.
