Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Director to lead and develop the HR function for a fast-growing restaurant chain. The role will be responsible for building effective HR processes, supporting business growth, managing recruitment, employee development, and ensuring a strong company culture across all locations.

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
Lead recruitment and talent acquisition processes for restaurants and head office.
Build and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal regulations.
Manage onboarding, training, and development programs for employees.
Oversee performance management and employee evaluation processes.
Support restaurant managers in people management and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and company standards.
Develop compensation, benefits, and motivation systems for staff.
Monitor employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
Manage HR reporting, HR analytics, and workforce planning.


Requirements :

Requirements
Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of HR experience, including 2-3 years leadership roles.
Experience in HoReCa, retail.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR process development.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Russian and Azerbaijani.
Good knowledge of MS Office and HR systems.
