Responsibilities :
Key responsibilities
▪ Develop and implement the financial strategy of the Exchange in alignment with corporate goals and long-term
business objectives;
▪ Lead the annual budgeting process, financial planning, and forecasting activities across the organization;
▪ Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and applicable
regulatory requirements;
▪ Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide strategic recommendations to senior
management;
▪ Ensure effective treasury management, including cash flow monitoring, liquidity planning, and financial risk
mitigation;
▪ Establish and maintain strong internal financial controls and governance frameworks to safeguard company
assets;
▪ Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure full compliance with regulatory and statutory reporting
requirements;
▪ Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic initiatives, investments, and operational decisions;
▪ Maintain relationships with regulators, financial institutions, and external stakeholders on financial matters;
▪ Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous
improvement.
Requirements :
Requirements
▪ You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
▪ Holding a PMS certificate is a mandatory
▪ A Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is considered an advantage
▪ You have 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
▪ You possess strong knowledge of IFRS, financial planning, and corporate financial management
▪ You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and strategic decision-making skills
▪ You have excellent leadership abilities and experience managing finance teams
▪ You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate in a dynamic environment
▪ You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
