Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Engineer with a background in project sales, solid technical and commercial skills, specializing in water management and industrial solutions, to join the Sales Department of our representative office in Azerbaijan.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products and services related to water treatment, water distribution systems, and sustainable water management technologies.
Please note that only candidates with a valid work permit in Azerbaijan will be considered.
Responsibilities :

• Develop customized technical solutions and perform accurate equipment selection
• Prepare commercial offers and provide technical support
• Prepare reports as requested by the Department Manager
• Drive sales growth across the innovative Company product portfolio
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with engineering companies, design institutes, and installation organizations
• Lead negotiations confidently and professionally
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the customer base
• Increase product turnover and strengthen brand leadership within assigned accounts
• Conduct market analysis
• Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and industry events
• Organize and deliver engaging technical seminars, presentations, and on-site training sessions
• Participate in training programs and continuous professional development
Requirements :
Qualifications
• Higher technical education (engineering degree required)
• Proven experience in promoting technical products within the municipal and construction and industrial sectors
• Understanding of water supply and sewage systems
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong self-learning ability, problem-solving skills, and team-oriented mindset
• Results-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented approach
• English proficiency
• Willingness to travel
