Job Description
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain relationships with government and enterprise clients (transportation, logistics, public services, etc.) and provide digital and communication solutions
· Identify new business opportunities and promote solutions such as smart transportation, cloud, big data, and IoT
· Collaborate cross-functionally on solution design and client communication
· Monitor industry policies and competitor activities, and provide market feedback
Requirements :
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or above; 5+ years of experience in government/enterprise client services or digital solution projects
· Strong communication and coordination skills; ability to drive projects in complex environments
· Familiarity with CRM and office software; knowledge of smart transportation, big data, or cloud computing is a plus
· Fluent English (or Russian); basic ICT knowledge (network, storage, AI, data center, etc.)
· Willing to travel as required
