Responsibilities :

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) process end-to-end;
• Review, verify, and process supplier invoices in a timely manner;
• Ensure proper cost allocation across departments and projects;
• Monitor and analyse indirect costs, providing detailed reports to management;
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reports;
• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts;
• Support budgeting and variance analysis processes;
• Assist during internal audits and provide necessary documentation.
Requirements :
Candidate requirements:
• University degree in economics, finance, accounting and/or other related business disciplines;
• Strong knowledge in tax legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and accounting;
• Solid skills and working experience in MS Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (1C, SAP or other);
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the related filed;
• Intermediate level of English (Russian is an advantage);
• Professional qualifications are an additional advantage (such as ACCA F3, F7, PMS);
• Strong motivation for growth and professional development;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines;
• Problem-solving and decision- making skills.
