Responsibilities :
Job description:
• Prepare and submit all tax and other statutory reports in accordance with tax obligations of clients;
• Manage all bank and cash transactions (preparing payment orders, cash disbursement order, expense reports and other related documents);
• Prepare clients’ commercial sales invoices and e-invoices;
• Make accounting entries based on clients’ transactions in accounting software (1C, SAP or other);
• Prepare payroll calculations;
• Assist in preparation of management and financial reports;
• Handle disputes and correspondence with state tax authorities on behalf of clients;
• Timely respond clients’ queries;
• Carry out month-end closing processes;
• Assist in conducting tax audit processes for clients.
Requirements :
Candidate requirements:
• University degree in economics, finance, accounting and/or other related business disciplines;
• Strong knowledge in tax legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and accounting;
• Solid skills and working experience in MS Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and 1C accounting software (other accounting software is an advantage);
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the related filed;
• Intermediate level of English (Russian is an advantage);
• Professional qualifications are an additional advantage (such as ACCA F3, F7, PMS);
• Strong motivation for growth and professional development;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines;
• Problem-solving and decision- making skills.
