Job Description

Responsibilities :

Job description:
Prepare and submit all tax and other statutory reports in accordance with tax obligations of clients;
Manage all bank and cash transactions (preparing payment orders, cash disbursement order, expense reports and other related documents);
Prepare clients’ commercial sales invoices and e-invoices;
Make accounting entries based on clients’ transactions in accounting software (1C, SAP or other);
Prepare payroll calculations;
Assist in preparation of management and financial reports;
Handle disputes and correspondence with state tax authorities on behalf of clients;
Timely respond clients’ queries;
Carry out month-end closing processes;
Assist in conducting tax audit processes for clients.

Requirements :

Candidate requirements:
University degree in economics, finance, accounting and/or other related business disciplines;
Strong knowledge in tax legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and accounting;
Solid skills and working experience in MS Office Programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and 1C accounting software (other accounting software is an advantage);
Minimum 3 years of work experience in the related filed;
Intermediate level of English (Russian is an advantage);
Professional qualifications are an additional advantage (such as ACCA F3, F7, PMS);
Strong motivation for growth and professional development;
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines;
Problem-solving and decision- making skills.
