Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate internal communications with HQ, ensuring timely and accurate information flow
• Prepare, compile, and submit regular reports (weekly, monthly, ad-hoc) in line with corporate standards
• Collect, verify, and structure information from multiple departments for reporting and communication purposes
• Draft, edit, and proofread internal communications, presentations, summaries, and official correspondence
• Translate and adapt materials between English and Azerbaijani; Russian language support is an advantage
• Ensure consistency of messaging and alignment with corporate communication guidelines
• Support PR and communication activities, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up with teams to ensure required inputs are delivered on time
• Assist in planning and execution of communication initiatives and PR-related projects
• Maintain organized records, archives, and communication logs
• Respond promptly to requests from management and HQ, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Requirements :
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, international relations or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, reporting, or a similar role
• Fluent English and Azerbaijani (written and spoken); Russian is an advantage
• Strong business writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience in preparing structured reports and presentations for senior management or HQ
• Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g., PowerPoint design, Canva, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator) is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
