Responsibilities :
Objectives and Responsibilities
The primary objective of the role is to build a sustainable partnership with the key commercial customers in the entrusted territories, as well as to manage, develop, coordinate the team of pharmacy representatives, in order to expand the presence and positioning of the product portfolio in the local pharmacy network.
• Commit to pursue the interests and goals of the company at their best.
• Implement commercial strategies and marketing activities to achieve the defined monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
• Analyze the market trends, competitors and product potential to make proposals on appropriate optimization and development measures.
• Build, develop and maintain long-term business relationships with the key customers of the pharmacy line.
• Allocate the budget for the trade marketing activities, track the ongoing results and control the implementation of the set goals for turnover and marketing activities.
• Plan, organize and monitor the performance of the team of pharmacy representatives.
• Create an inspiring work environment and stimulate efficiency.
• Steer the individual results and KPI-s of the pharmacy representatives, conducting double-visits and providing timely feedback, coaching and support.
• Actively participate in the cross-functional meetings and strive for effective collaboration.
• Prepare regular reports on the KPI-s attainment.
• Comply with the company Code of Conduct, Pharmacovigilance SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), other internal rules and procedures, requirements for health & safety and ethical standards at work.

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Commerce, Economics or relevant business qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years’ sales and people management experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry within an international company
• Proven ability to draw on experience to find and deliver high-quality and innovative solutions to the market and customers
