Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
∙ Analyze P&L performance across multiple restaurants, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
∙ Conduct benchmarking across stores to highlight performance gaps and best practices
∙ Investigate variances in revenue, food costs, labor, and operating expenses, and provide clear explanations and recommendations
∙ Identify and drive cost optimization initiatives to improve overall profitability
∙ Partner with operations teams to implement efficiency improvements and monitor results
∙ Support monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting processes
∙ Develop dashboards and KPIs to track performance and support management decisions
∙ Assist in strategic planning and financial modeling
Requirements :
Requirements:
∙ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
∙ 4–7 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar roles (F&B or retail experience is a strong advantage)
∙ Strong understanding of P&L analysis and cost structures
∙ Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools or ERP systems is a plus
∙ Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
∙ Ability to translate data into clear business insights
∙ Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
