Position Overview
We are looking for a strong Finance Director / Chief Accountant to lead financial operations of a fast-growing Restaurant chain.
The role is responsible for full financial control, accounting, reporting, and optimization of costs and profitability across multiple locations.
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management
• Lead all financial activities of the company (P&L, cash flow, budgeting)
• Develop and monitor financial strategy and performance
• Ensure cost control and profitability across all outlets
Accounting & Reporting
• Oversee full accounting cycle in compliance with local legislation
• Prepare and submit tax and financial reports
• Ensure accuracy and transparency of financial data
Tax & Compliance
• Manage tax planning and reporting
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and audits
• Liaise with tax authorities and external auditors
Budgeting & Analysis
• Prepare budgets and financial forecasts
• Analyze financial performance and identify risks
• Provide recommendations to improve margins
Team Management
• Manage accounting/finance team
• Improve internal processes and controls
• Implement financial systems and automation
Requirements :
Requirements:
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Professional certifications (ACCA, CPA) – advantage
• 7+ years in finance/accounting
• Experience in HoReCa / retail / FMCG – strong advantage
• Experience managing a team
• Fluent in Azeri and Russian, good in English
• Fluent in Azeri and Russian, good in English
Skills
• Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills
• Knowledge of tax and accounting regulations
• Experience with ERP systems (1C, SAP, etc.)
