About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to join our growing team. This role is critical in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade network infrastructures while ensuring high performance, security, and reliability across our client environments.
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage Enterprise Network Architectures (Access, Distribution, Core)
• Deploy and operate SD-WAN solutions (Control/Data Plane, Traffic Steering)
• Configure and manage Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) including DPI, IPS/IDS, SSL Decryption, and AppID
• Design and support Site-to-Site IPsec and Remote Access VPN solutions
• Manage and optimize Layer 3 protocols (BGP, OSPF – tuning, filtering, attributes)
• Work with Layer 2 technologies (STP, LACP, StackWise, VXLAN)
• Design and support IP Telephony & Unified Communications systems
• Configure and manage Call Control, Dial Plans, and PSTN integrations
• Ensure proper QoS implementation (Manual/AutoQoS) to minimize latency and jitter
• Perform advanced troubleshooting using Packet Capture, Wireshark, NetFlow
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation (LLD)
• Support Smart Licensing operations
• Contribute to automation initiatives using Python and/or Ansible
Requirements :
Requirements
• Proven experience in enterprise network design and operations
• Strong hands-on experience with SD-WAN and NGFW technologies
• Deep understanding of routing and switching protocols
• Experience with voice technologies (SIP, SCCP, H.323, CUBE, VG)
• Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Familiarity with network automation tools (Python/Ansible is a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
