1. Technical drawings and design

Prepare technical drawings for scaffolding structures, access solutions, working platforms, stair towers, facade scaffolds, industrial scaffolds, tank scaffolds, event structures, and special scaffolding solutions in AutoCad and related Company design programs  .

2. Material list preparation

Prepare accurate material lists / material take-offs based on drawings, client requirements, and project scope.

3. Technical support for sales team

Support the sales team during preparation of commercial offers, tenders, technical proposals, and client presentations.

4. Project technical support

Provide technical support during project execution, including clarification of drawings, assembly logic, material usage, and site-related technical questions.

5. Site measurements and inspections

Visit project sites when required to take measurements, check site conditions, understand client requirements, and propose suitable technical solutions.

6. Scaffolding solution development

Develop safe, practical, and cost-effective scaffolding solutions for industrial plants, construction projects, oil & gas facilities, cement plants, tanks, and event projects.

7. Safety and standards compliance

Ensure that proposed scaffolding solutions are in line with company standards, client HSE requirements, and applicable safety regulations.

8. Optimization of materials and costs

Optimize scaffolding designs to reduce unnecessary material usage, improve assembly efficiency, and support competitive pricing.

9. Technical documentation

Prepare technical documentation such as drawings, material lists, assembly concepts, method statement inputs, and project-related technical reports

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in technical office, design, construction, scaffolding, steel structures, temporary works, or industrial projects (AutoCad)

Experience in scaffolding systems will be a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

The candidate should have experience with:

• AutoCAD 

• 2D technical drawings 

• Basic 3D design understanding 

• Material take-off preparation 

• Reading construction drawings 

• Understanding site measurements and project layouts 

• Microsoft Excel 

• Technical documentation preparation 

Language Skills

• Azerbaijani — fluent 

• Russian — fluent or good working level 

• English — good working level
