Responsibilities :
Responsibilities :
• Review and assess operator technical plans, work programs, and budgets.
• Participate in technical committee meetings and project reviews.
• Monitor project performance, costs, and schedules.
• Apply international best practices and industry standards to asset development.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and technical teams across regions.
• Support strategic decision-making through advanced technical analysis and reporting.
• Critically assess operator-provided cost estimates, manpower plans, and schedules.
• Ensure alignment of activities with company standards and objectives.
• Support preparation of technical reports and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements :
Job Requirements
• BSc or MSc in engineering with upstream and project engineering experience.
• 8-10 years of experience in engineering, including upstream experience.
• Project life-cycle experience: FEED, Detail Engineering, Execution, and Operations experience.
• Strong technical background with expertise in Upstream Subsurface & Project/Operations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate technical teams.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate business goals into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and safety best practices.
• Knowledge of best practices and technology trends in the industry.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities.
