Job Description
Main Objective
Support the leasing function by assisting in attracting tenants, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring efficient execution of leasing processes under the supervision of the Commercial & Leasing Manager.
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in searching for and attracting potential tenants for available office spaces.
• Conduct initial communication with prospective clients and schedule meetings/viewings.
• Present available premises and provide basic information about leasing terms.
• Support negotiations and preparation of lease agreements.
• Maintain and update the client database (CRM) and track all interactions.
• Prepare draft commercial offers and presentations for potential tenants.
• Assist in market research and monitoring of competitor activities.
• Provide administrative and operational support throughout the leasing cycle.
• Coordinate with internal departments (legal, technical, finance) when required.
• Support the Commercial & Leasing Manager in achieving occupancy targets.
• Participate in business meetings and industry events when required.
Requirements :
Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, leasing, or customer relations (real estate experience is an advantage).
• Higher education (preferred in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian and English is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of sales and negotiation principles.
• Good command of MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
