Position Summary: 
The GTM/Marketing Manager works cross functionally as a Go-To-Market & Marketing Expert – collaborating with Brand, Sales & Corporate Communications.

Principal Responsibilities:
GTM Role
- Responsible for managing the go-to-market strategy and process of a service or product launch
- Promoter productivity management
- Display space securing and space rental management (Negotiation with retailers and distributors)
- Promoter sellout management
- Maintain No.1 display share in retail stores
- NPI (New Product Introduction) listing and display follow up with retailers and distributors
Marketing Role
- Execute lead generation campaigns (including SEO/SEM, digital advertising, social media, email campaigns, events, webinars and more) to support B2C business unit;
- Work cross functionally and with multiple digital agency partners to assist with building digital campaigns from start to finish;
- Update marketing data; gather new business intelligence;
- Utilize Google Analytics to monitor and analyze company’s web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence;
- Make recommendations based on results of campaigns, marketing and industry trends, and communicate your findings to a variety of stakeholders.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Assist with managing products on company website from product creation to monitoring and updating, as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams and Head Quarter to create landing pages and optimize user experience;

Requirements :

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree.
5+ years of relevant experience in GTM & Marketing (Strategy & Execution).
Strategic & critical thinking.
Ability to motivate and lead a team.
Proactive work ethics and open-mindedness.
Communication and 'people skills.
Planning and organizational skills.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
