Job Purpose
To lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
• Project Planning & Execution - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and milestones; ensure effective execution across all phases of construction.
• Budget & Cost Management - Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-control measures to prevent overruns.
• Contract & Stakeholder Management - Manage contracts with clients, consultants, and subcontractors; maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
• Site Supervision & Coordination - Oversee on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance - Ensure all works meet technical specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Health & Safety Management - Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.
• Risk Management - Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost impacts.
• Procurement Oversight - Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely sourcing of materials and services.
• Progress Monitoring & Reporting - Track project progress against schedule and budget; prepare regular reports for senior management and clients.
• Problem Solving & Decision Making - Address project challenges proactively and make informed decisions to keep the project on track.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in managing construction projects (typically 5+ years)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and cost control
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Working Conditions:
