Job Title: Personal Assistant to General Director (Automotive Sector)
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
We are seeking a professional Personal Assistant for the General Director in the automotive sector.
Responsibilities :
Responsibilities:
• Managing the General Director’s schedule and appointments.
• Organizing meetings and maintaining records.
• Coordinating travel arrangements (flights, hotels, etc.).
• Handling correspondence (letters, emails, etc.).
• Performing other administrative tasks as required.
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 - 18:00
• Saturday: 10:00 - 15:00
• Sundays and public holidays are non-working days.
Requirements :
Requirements:
• Female candidate, aged 27-35.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English.
• Higher education (university degree required).
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Salary and Benefits:
• Monthly salary: From 1000 AZN (net) (depending on the candidate’s skills)
