Job Description

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities
• Identify learning and development needs through performance evaluations, employee feedback, and business priorities.
• Support the preparation and implementation of learning and development plans.
• Manage the Company's  Academy training calendar and coordinate technical, soft skills, leadership, onboarding, and other development programs.
• Develop learning pathways, competency-based development programs, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Support leadership development, career development, succession planning, and promotion readiness initiatives.
• Assist in preparing and monitoring Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Support collaboration with educational institutions for academy programs, internship initiatives, employer branding activities, and talent development partnerships
• Track learning effectiveness and prepare reports on development activities and outcomes.

Requirements :

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, Academy Management, Organizational Development, or a similar role.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, audit, finance, or corporate training environments is an advantage.
• Experience in competency frameworks, learning pathways, career development, or performance management support is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of Azerbaijani and English. Russian is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 tools
