About the Position
International Company is inviting a Spare parts Sales&Brand Manager to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the company’s Spare parts brand portfolio, driving sales, increasing market share, managing product assortment, and implementing marketing strategies in the Azerbaijani market.
Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement growth strategies for the company’s brands.
• Analyze the Spare parts market, competitive landscape, and consumer demand.
• Manage product assortment and product life cycle.
• Prepare procurement proposals and forecast market demand.
• Develop and implement marketing and trade marketing activities.
• Cooperate with international Spare parts suppliers and manufacturers.
• Prepare sales plans and monitor the achievement of commercial targets.
• Analyze brand performance, margins, and profitability.
• Provide the sales department with the necessary tools and materials.
• Organize product training sessions for company employees and partners.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for management.
• Conduct direct sales to corporate clients (B2B).
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
• Identify and attract new corporate clients.
• Conduct negotiations, prepare commercial proposals, and conclude contracts.
• Manage the existing portfolio of corporate clients and ensure sales growth within the assigned customer base.
• Achieve personal sales targets for corporate clients and develop the existing customer portfolio.
• Search for, acquire, and support corporate clients (fleet operators, transportation, logistics, construction, and manufacturing companies).
• Conduct negotiations and conclude long-term contracts for the supply of Company's products.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Spare parts Brand Manager and Sales Manager, Product Manager, or Category Manager.
• Experience in the automotive business, spare parts industry, or distribution will be considered an advantage.
• Experience working with international suppliers.
Professional Skills
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to work with commercial performance indicators.
• Experience in assortment management and pricing.
• Skills in conducting marketing research.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of budgeting principles and sales planning.
• An existing database (portfolio) of corporate clients in the automotive, transportation, logistics, construction, or related sectors will be considered a significant advantage.
• Proven experience in B2B sales and customer network development.
• Strong negotiation skills with decision-makers and a successful track record of closing commercial deals.
• An active portfolio of corporate clients and proven successful experience in B2B sales of Company's products or automotive-related products is mandatory.
Language Requirements
• Azerbaijani — fluent.
• Russian — fluent.
• English — Intermediate level or higher.
