Job title:
Senior Acquisition Geophysicist
Responsibilities:
• Design and oversee seismic data acquisition projects.
• Prepare the technical sections of tender documentation, establish tender evaluation criteria, and evaluate technical bids.
• Support the Procurement team in the financial evaluation of tenders.
• Develop field parameter testing programs, assess test results, and recommend appropriate survey parameters.
• Liaise with geophysical subcontractors and relevant authorities.
• Monitor seismic acquisition surveys.
• Develop, compile, and review seismic acquisition standards.
• Conduct on-site technical and HSE audits.
• Perform seismic modelling activities.
Requirements :
Job Requirements
• Master’s degree in Geophysics.
• Advanced command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP, and relevant design/modelling software, including OMNI and Tesseral.
• At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in the oil and gas industry.
