• Calculate salaries for employees, including regular pay, vacation, sick leave, and other compensation.
• Prepare and submit required tax and statistical reports, such as the Single Wage Declaration and other statistical reports.
• Resolve complex labor and payroll issues related to salary calculations, addressing discrepancies and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Address client inquiries and provide detailed support regarding payroll calculations and payroll-related matters.
• Prepare reports related to advance payments for business trips and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure that team members' knowledge and skills related to salary calculations are up-to-date and meet the required standards.
• Mentor and support junior payroll consultants, guiding them through complex tasks and ensuring high-quality output.
• Maintain knowledge of current payroll practices, tax regulations, and changes in employment law.
Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years work experience in Payroll Accountant
• Fluent in written and spoken Azerbaijani, intermediate level of Russian and English proficiency
• High level of knowledge of labor and tax legislation;
• Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
• Ability to train and guide junior employees, fostering team development and knowledge enhancement.
