● Drive technical discussions, provide mentorship to mid and junior engineers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
● Collaborate effectively with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
● Ensure the highest standards of performance, reliability, and security for all applications.
● Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges, bottlenecks, and bugs.
● Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and best practices.
Requirements :
Required Qualifications:
● Extensive professional experience in backend development with Python, FastAPI, and MongoDB.
● Proven expertise in utilizing Templating Engines.
● Strong command of PostgreSQL and Kubernetes for scalable and resilient deployments.
● Demonstrated experience with key AWS services, including AWS Lambda, AWS ECS, and AWS SQS.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with other distributed queue managers such as Apache Kafka or Pulsar.
● A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
