A well-established international technology company is looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to support business growth and strengthen relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners.

Develop and maintain relationships with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.
Prepare commercial proposals and participate in contract negotiations.
Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to deliver customer solutions.
Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales forecasts and regular management reports.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
Requirements :
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
8–10+ years of experience in B2B sales of technology products or solutions.
Proven experience in business development, key account management, and new client acquisition.
Experience working with enterprise customers and strategic partners.
Good understanding of enterprise IT solutions and current technology trends.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent Russian and good English communication skills.
Based in Azerbaijan and available for business travel.
