Job Description
Responsibilities :
Part 1 — Role overview and areas of responsibility
The role
This is a proactive ownership role responsible for driving multiple parallel workstreams to delivery. The Project Manager owns the planning, coordination and end-to-end execution of content, product materials and tender/proposal responses, working across specialists, internal stakeholders and external partners.
Managing numerous concurrent project chains — each involving different contributors, dependencies and deadlines — the role prevents stalls by actively driving workflows forward. Success depends on leading the process end to end rather than waiting for tasks to arrive: initiating progress, tracking status, unblocking dependencies and holding every stream to its timeline. As the role develops, the exact mix of workstreams is expected to grow and shift with the needs of the business.
Areas of responsibility
The areas below are owned end to end — from planning and creation through review, approvals and final delivery — and represent the core focus of the role rather than a closed list. Additional related responsibilities may be added over time.
Project management & coordination
• Workstream ownership. Planning, scheduling and driving multiple concurrent projects across content, product and proposals, keeping each on track to its deadline.
• Stakeholder coordination. Aligning internal teams (product, sales, marketing, design) and external partners around scope, priorities and delivery dates.
• Process & tracking. Maintaining clear status visibility, managing dependencies and risks, and proactively unblocking stalled tasks.
• Prioritization. Balancing competing demands and shifting priorities to deliver the highest-impact work on time.
• Cross-functional projects. Leading additional initiatives as they arise, including one-off and ad-hoc projects that span teams.
Tender & proposal responses (RFP / bids)
• Response preparation. Coordinating and producing high-quality answer materials for tenders and RFPs, gathering input from relevant experts and shaping it into polished, compelling submissions.
• Ownership of the deliverable. Driving the full response cycle end to end — briefing, drafting, reviews, approvals and on-time submission — under tight deadlines.
• Consistency & quality. Ensuring responses are accurate, well-written, on-brand and aligned to the tender requirements.
Product materials & presentations
• Product decks. Building and maintaining high-quality product presentations with design support, tailored to different audiences and use cases.
• Marketing materials. Developing and updating presentations, PDFs, ebooks and videos with design support.
• Product enablement assets. Producing supporting materials that clearly communicate product value to prospects, clients and internal teams.
Content creation
• Videos. Managing the end-to-end process with the production studio — from briefing and scripting to editing, publishing and localization.
• PDFs. Overseeing the PDF generator and providing feedback to ensure quality.
• Phishing simulations. QA-ing produced simulations, creating custom client content, and managing the library roadmap.
• Arena challenges. Specifying short, gamified cyber-awareness challenges.
• Monthly newsletter. Briefing and working with the copywriter on articles per month, handling distribution, and analyzing performance.
• Social. Driving day-to-day coordination and broader social strategy.
Team management
• Managing the content team. Daily sync meetings, assigning and prioritizing tasks, reviewing work, and planning tasks ahead.
Requirements :
Part 2 — Hard skills required
Project & Delivery Management
• Multi-project execution. Proven ability to plan, coordinate and deliver several concurrent projects with competing deadlines.
• Lifecycle management. Navigating complex stakeholder cycles to guarantee timely delivery.
• Tender / proposal experience. Familiarity with preparing RFP or bid responses, or the ability to quickly master a structured response process.
Editorial & Linguistic Proficiency
• Exceptional writing. Elite writing ability — the capacity to turn technical or expert input into clear, persuasive material.
• Professional English. Mastery in producing and auditing high-level professional content.
Content & Materials Production
• Presentation craft. Strong ability to build clear, professional, well-designed product and sales decks.
• Actionable feedback. Evaluating assets to provide specific, constructive improvements.
• Design sensibility. Assessing and elevating aesthetic quality through expert critique.
Tools & Analytics
• AI proficiency (core requirement). Hands-on, day-to-day fluency with a range of AI tools, using them as a natural part of the workflow to draft, produce and accelerate work — while critically vetting every output. Comfort adopting and experimenting with new AI tools as they emerge is essential.
• Industry software. Skilled in standard tools for high-quality marketing and presentation assets.
• Data insights. Translating performance metrics into actionable business intelligence.
Working Capabilities
• Adaptive performance. Remaining effective and composed amidst shifting priorities and fluid plans.
• Strategic management. Balancing concurrent obligations through logical, high-impact prioritization.
This profile reflects the skills most central to the role today. We are open to strong candidates whose background differs, and additional requirements may surface as we discuss scope during the process.
Part 3 — Soft skills required
• Proactiveness. Drives every workstream forward without being prompted. Waiting for instructions or oversight is not an option — the operation relies on the ability to monitor every stream and ensure continuous progress.
• Operational and strategic balance. Handles daily execution while simultaneously refining a long-term roadmap, diving into meticulous tasks like proposal drafting and video review while maintaining a high-level strategic perspective.
• Balanced perfectionism. A keen eye for detail and the persistence to uphold high standards through multiple revisions, combined with the practical judgment to know when a task is complete enough to avoid unnecessary delays.
• Ownership & accountability. Takes full personal responsibility for outcomes across every workstream. Owns problems end to end, sees them through, and treats each deliverable as their own rather than passing it along.
• Big-picture thinking (“wide head”). Looks beyond the immediate task, connects the dots across projects, anticipates what's coming, and takes on adjacent needs without being asked. Thinks about the goal, not just the assignment.
• Multitasking under pressure. Comfortable juggling many parallel tasks and projects at once, switching context smoothly and keeping every stream moving without dropping details.
• Interpersonal resilience. High tolerance for setbacks and the ability to process criticism constructively; comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders and confident enough to express opinions when necessary.
