Job Description
About the role
We're looking for a QA engineer to help us ship with confidence. You'll get to know our platform inside and out, design and run manual test procedures, and catch issues before our customers do. You'll also test at the API level, so comfort with tools like Postman is important.
This is a hands-on quality role for someone who is thorough, curious, and takes pride in finding the problems everyone else missed.
Responsibilities :
What you'll do
• Get deeply familiar with the product: how it works, how users use it, and where it tends to break
• Perform manual testing across our platform — functional, regression, and exploratory testing
• Write clear, repeatable manual QA procedures and test cases that the whole team can follow
• Report bugs clearly and thoroughly, with steps to reproduce, and work with engineers to verify fixes
• Help define what "good quality" looks like as the product grow
Requirements :
Must-have qualifications
• Hands-on manual testing experience. You know how to test methodically — functional, regression, and exploratory — and you have an eye for the edge cases and unexpected user behaviour that break things.
• The ability to learn a product deeply. You get familiar with a platform quickly and thoroughly, understanding not just what it does but how users work with it.
• Experience writing manual QA procedures and test cases. You can turn requirements into clear, repeatable test steps that others can follow and that hold up as the product changes.
• Clear written communication. You write bug reports and test documentation that are precise and easy to act on.
Bonus points
• Familiarity with bug-tracking and test-management tools (Jira, TestRail, Xray, or similar)
• Exposure to test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or API automation) — or interest in growing toward it
• Using tools such as Postman — sending requests, checking responses, and validating behaviour at the API level, not just through the UI.
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL) for verifying data during testing
• Familiarity with reading API documentation and understanding REST concepts
• Experience testing in cloud-based environments (AWS or similar)
You might be a great fit if…
• You're naturally curious and like poking at things until they break
• You're organized and methodical — you document as you go
• You care about the user's experience and speak up when something feels off
• You enjoy being the person the team trusts to catch what slipped through
