Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Management Plan and Project Control Plan in accordance with project, client and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, contract requirements, applicable codes, standards and project procedures.
• Coordinate and oversee project quality control activities across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.
• Develop, review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements and quality-related procedures.
• Monitor contractor and supplier quality performance, including audits, inspections and surveillance activities.
• Manage project non-conformance reporting, root cause analysis, corrective actions and lessons learned processes.
• Coordinate client quality interface and support quality-related meetings, reviews and reporting.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of quality records, certification packages and handover documentation.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to project quality team and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote a systematic, risk-based approach to quality management and ensure alignment with project requirements and industry best practices.
Requirements :
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Senior Project Quality Engineer with 10+ years of experience in oil and gas, energy or major infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience on BP or other oil major projects is strongly preferred.
• Engineering degree in relevant discipline.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, project quality management systems, inspection and testing requirements.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated systematic, structured and proactive approach to project quality management.
