Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury, and compliance across all Group companies.

• Establish financial controls, policies, and governance to ensure accuracy and transparency.

• Monitor business performance through KPIs and provide financial analysis to support decisionmaking.

• Optimize working capital, profitability, and capital allocation across business units.

• Manage relationships with banks, investors, and regulatory authorities.

• Lead financing activities, including debt management and investment evaluations.

• Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and commercial risks.

• Support joint ventures and strategic projects where applicable.

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team. 

Requirements :

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, ACCA, or CFA is an advantage).

• Minimum 10 years of finance leadership experience, preferably within diversified or multicompany organizations.

• Strong knowledge of financial management, corporate finance, budgeting, taxation.

• Proficiency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages. 

• Experience working with multiple business sectors is preferred. Key Competencies
