Position Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating cross-functional projects across the organization to ensure successful delivery within agreed timelines, scopes, and business objectives. The role works closely with Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Construction, and other departments to support execution, governance, and strategic alignment in a fast-paced business environment.
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Chief Project Officer (CPO) / Head of PMO.
Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, develop, and maintain project scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within agreed scope.
• Coordinate communication between stakeholders and departments.
• Prepare executive project status reports and dashboards.
• Manage project governance processes and documentation.
• Identify and resolve project risks, blockers, and escalations.
• Support strategic initiatives and transformation projects.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction and alignment throughout project execution.
• Evaluate project performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements :
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Languages:
Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian
Intermediate proficiency in English
• PMP certification is considered a strong advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar project management or cross-functional leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects.
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration platforms such as Smartsheet, ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
• Experience managing projects using hybrid project management methodologies, combining Agile and Waterfall approaches depending on project complexity and business needs.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic organization.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
