Job Description

Responsibilities :

The role in one sentence
You will turn raw material — a strategy note, a product update, a request from a BD lead in another time zone — into a finished, on-brand presentation, in whatever format the situation calls for, and make sure the right version reaches the right team on time.
How this role actually works
This is an AI-native production role, and it is important that you understand what that means before applying.
You will not spend your days hand-writing code. You will work primarily inside Claude, using our existing library of internal skills and deck templates — describing what you want, reviewing what comes back, and iterating until it is right. Much of your output will be produced conversationally, in what people now call "vibe coding." The craft is in knowing what to ask for, recognising when the result is wrong, and steering it to something excellent.
That said, you cannot be helpless in front of markup. You need to be comfortable opening an HTML file, reading it, spotting the line causing the problem, and fixing it directly when that is faster than explaining it. Our flagship decks are single-file, self-contained HTML — dark theme, gradient accents, animated transitions — and you will live inside them.
Not everything we produce is HTML. Plenty of requests arrive as a PowerPoint that needs rebuilding, a PDF that needs assembling or correcting, or a slide that needs facts and figures found before it can be written at all. You will handle those too.
If you have never used an AI assistant seriously for production work, this role will be a difficult fit. If you have, and you have felt the difference in what you can produce, you will recognise what we are describing.
What you will do
Presentation production and editing
Build new presentations from briefs, notes, source documents and existing material, using our CPAI templates and skill library.
Work across formats as the request demands: our HTML deck system, native PowerPoint decks where a client needs an editable file, and PDF for distribution.
Convert legacy PowerPoint decks into our HTML format, preserving substance while upgrading the presentation — and the reverse when a client asks for .pptx.
Edit, assemble, split, correct and protect PDF documents — deck exports, one-pagers, capability statements, tender attachments.
Make fast, accurate edits to existing material — a changed figure, a reworded claim, a new slide, a regional variant — often under deadline pressure.
Produce derivative formats on request: password-protected packages, short-form versions and leave-behinds.
Distribution and version control
Maintain a single source of truth for every active deck, so that no BD team is ever presenting from a stale file.
Package and distribute decks to BD teams across regions, with clear naming, versioning and change notes.
Manage access and protection on sensitive material — password-protected packages, restricted circulation, expiry where relevant.
Keep an organised, searchable library that a BD lead can navigate without asking you first.
Research, content and copy
Run desk research to fill gaps in a deck — market figures, regulatory context, country or sector background, competitor and partner detail — and turn what you find into slide-ready content.
Check facts and keep sources traceable, so a claim on a slide can be defended in the room.
Edit and adapt messaging for different audiences, regions and deal stages — not only formatting, but the words themselves.
Write and rewrite English copy so that it is clear, credible and free of the filler that makes technical companies sound unserious.
Ensure factual consistency across material: the same figure, the same claim, the same product name everywhere it appears.
Design and brand guardianship
Act as day-to-day custodian of the CPAI presentation brand system — typography, colour, spacing, component patterns and tone.
Produce the light design work a deck needs: diagrams, process and architecture visuals, charts, icons, simple layout and one-pagers. Not a full design function, but enough to make a slide land without waiting for one.
Maintain and extend our template and component library as the brand evolves.
Push back, constructively, when a request would break the system — and offer a better route to the same goal.
BD support and request intake
Serve as the single point of contact for presentation requests from BD teams.
Triage incoming requests, set realistic turnaround expectations, and communicate clearly when something will take longer.
Track requests through to completion so nothing is dropped between time zones.
Build a library of reusable slides and modules that answer recurring BD needs without a new request each time.

What we are looking for
Essential
Two or more years producing presentations, marketing collateral or digital content in a professional environment.
Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI assistants — Claude or comparable — as a primary production tool, not an occasional novelty. Be ready to describe specific things you have built this way.
Working comfort with HTML and CSS: able to read a file, understand its structure, and make direct edits with confidence.
Strong Microsoft Office proficiency — PowerPoint above all (masters, layouts, alignment, animation, exporting cleanly), plus Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Competence with PDF work: assembling, editing, splitting, compressing and protecting documents.
Solid research instincts. Given a thin brief, you can find credible figures and context on your own and judge which sources are worth citing.
A strong visual eye. You can tell the difference between a slide that is merely correct and one that is genuinely good, and you care about the difference.
Excellent written English — the language our material is written in, and in which you will be writing and editing copy.
Organised to the point of being slightly compulsive about file naming, versioning and where things live.
Able to work on-site in Baku and to coordinate with colleagues across Israel, Europe and Asia.
Advantageous
Experience in sales enablement, BD support, bid and proposal work, or a similar service-to-internal-clients role.
Background in graphic design, UI design or a related visual discipline.
Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tooling.
Familiarity with Git or another version control system.
Experience in cybersecurity, defence, govtech or enterprise B2B.
Education and qualifications
A bachelor’s degree is welcome but not required — we will weigh a strong portfolio and a clear demonstration of AI-assisted production over any credential. Where candidates do hold a degree, the fields that map well include marketing, communications, journalism, graphic or visual design, business administration, international relations and information technology.
Also relevant, and worth listing on your CV if you have it: Microsoft Office certification, any presentation or visual-design coursework, technical writing or editing training, and short courses or self-directed work in prompt engineering and AI-assisted production.
Backgrounds that fit
People who do well in this role usually arrive from one of these directions, and you are encouraged to apply from any of them:
Presentation designer or presentation specialist.
Marketing content producer, marketing coordinator or marketing communications specialist.
Sales enablement or sales support specialist.
Bid, tender or proposal coordinator.
Graphic or visual designer moving toward content and enablement work.
Digital content producer, web content editor or junior front-end content role.
Executive assistant or business analyst who became the person everyone asked to build the deck.
Technical writer or copywriter with a visual streak.
Languages
English — fluent, written and spoken. Required. This is our working language for all presentation material.
Azerbaijani — an advantage, for local coordination and regional material.
Your first 60 days
The first two to three weeks are for learning our system from the inside — the templates, the skill library, the brand rules and the way our BD teams actually work. From roughly day 30 we expect you to be turning around routine requests independently, and by day 60 to own the request queue end to end, with the presentation library visibly better organised than you found it.
What we offer
A role at the centre of how a fast-moving international company presents itself to governments and enterprises.
Direct exposure to senior leadership and to business development across multiple regions.
Genuine investment in AI tooling — you will work with a company that has already built its production workflow around it, not one still debating whether to.
Competitive compensation, commensurate with experience.
On-site work in our Baku office, as part of a growing regional team.
